Star Rover showed glimpses of his old form with his third-placed finish in the listed Queensgbury Stakes at Chester in the hands of Silvestre De Sousa.He was just beaten by 1¾ lentgths after a strong challenge in the final furlong. Star Rover certainly has a liking for the tight bends of the Roodee, one of his five wins as a two-year-old came at the track, as well a couple of places. It's good to see him back in form.
